Market

Today was the big day! We loaded everything into 2 cars today and headed

downtown for my first ‘market.’

It was a beautiful day…..except for a little wind here and there.  There was a great

turnout of both vendors and traffic

Thank you Daniel, Thomas, and Gina for all your help today and moral support especially!!!!

I wasn’t too happy with the number of sales I had, however it was great advertisement!  I gave out

a lot of business cards to prospective customers, was able to talk a lot about my etsy shop,

and will be featured in the market’s video blog.  I even had an interior design shop stop by

interested in putting in a big order for their store!!!

Almost ready

I’m just about ready for my pillow booth tomorrow

I have sewn a total of 25 pillows in the last 24 hours…. And have about 10 more to do…

And this is the trunk of my car jam packed with pillow inserts

And this is Daniel getting a treat for running a gazillion errands with me

My house is in a state of chaos

We’ve been waiting for this a long time. Here’s the crew for the traditional Monday night bachelor party.

End chair

We found an other steal of a chair the other day at salvation army for $20. (I know,  very expensive compared to the $3 chairs we found before).  I really liked the shape and thought it would be perfect for the end of the table.

We decided to sand it down and use some left over fabric to recover the seat.
